About Us
Originally established in 2015 to manage the letting and maintenance of our own residential and commercial properties in the Nottingham area, we now offer a property viewing service to estate agents and other private landlords.
Property Viewing
You can book our professional viewing agents to facilitate the viewing of a property on your behalf. Our viewing agent will collect the keys from the client (estate agent or private landlord) and show the property to prospective purchasers or renters. Keys will then be returned to the client upon completion.

We have been based in the Nottingham area since the 1990s and know the city, its suburbs and the wider Nottinghamshire county well. Over this time we have built up considerable knowledge that often helps address queries raised by potential purchasers and renters who are new to the area.
Flexible
We can be flexible with regard to when we do the viewings, having the ability to offer evenings up to 8pm, weekends and bank holidays, in addition to typical Monday to Friday working hours.

As private landlords ourselves, we know property and we understand the mindset of prospective purchasers and tenants, the types of questions they may ask and the aspects of a property that may need emphasising during a viewing. We are also more likely to spot signs of wear and tear that may require reporting back to clients to aid them in their maintenance obligations or needs.

We hold membership of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) and take pride in keeping up to date with news and occurrences in the wider property sector, particularly the private residential landlord sector.

Our Fees
We charge £28/hour or from £120 for the full day to manage the viewing. Our fees would be payable in advance when collecting the keys
